Dan played collegiate golf in Georgia, where he was President of the Student Athlete's and one of 100 NCAA Leadership Forum Members. Upon graduation he worked with The PGA Tour for a year, before launching his own business; working with multiple professional and collegiate organizations. After selling the company in 2022, he turned his focus to helping others achieve their dreams - through Primus Athlete Partners. He is married to Jessica Paige, and is fortunate enough to have converted her to be a Man United Fan.
Tom was born and raised just outside of London and moved to New York in 2016, playing soccer in the NJCAA and NCAA. Tom always had the dream of helping people achieve their sporting dreams, after graduation he went to work for a sports sponsorship company before moving to Atlanta where he met Dan. Dan and Tom formed a fast friendship, and after both sharing their feelings about the current issues in helping young athletes, they decided to start Primus. Tom is a huge Chelsea fan, and is often up before the sun to ensure he can watch every game that is on TV.
Ryan began his collegiate soccer career at an NJCAA program based in Atlanta for six months before switching to an NAIA program just outside Nashville. While completing his BSc in Business Management, he led the team to a conference title and numerous national appearances alongside All-Region XI and All-Academic awards. In the years following his graduation, he built a successful career as an Operations Manager, before embarking on the journey that has now become Primus. In the athlete representation space, Ryan is extremely focused on building Primus into the biggest, best and most reliable company with a concentration on helping athletes achieve their dreams. Similarly to Tom, he is a big Chelsea fan sure to remind you of all their previous success.
Luke was Raised in the North of Scotland, playing youth football at a high level before moving to the states; spending time in New York, Chicago and California. Having gained extensive sales, marketing and management experience Luke moved back to the UK to help launch Primus. Favorite teams - ICTFC/NUFC.
Lauren grew up in Massachusetts and after being a three-sport athlete throughout high school, played four years of Division 1 soccer. Lauren started her career at University of Massachusetts Lowell and transferred to Troy University at the end of her sophomore year. Lauren navigated both her initial commitment and transferring independently, so she is familiar with both processes and understands how exhausting they can be with limited support and resources. She is extremely passionate about getting players visibility and pairing them with ideal collegiate programs that will help them reach their full potential. In addition to Primus, Lauren spends her time out on the fields, coaching club, and running her soccer Academy and camps.
Aaron was born and raised in West Lothian, Scotland. He spent 2 years playing in Kansas in the NJCAA, and had trouble transferring due to lack of available resources in the process. Aaron finished his collegiate career in the NAIA, and is passionate about helping to make sure today's young athletes are fully supported - and don't have to deal with the same difficulties in the recruiting process. Aaron is a massive Gooner (Arsenal) and never misses a game, COYG.
Nicole and her team at Kozycki law have partnered with Primus to ensure our clients are taken care of when it comes to all their visa needs. Nicole is the Vice Chair and Senior Content Editor of the American Bar Association Young Lawyer Division Immigration Committee and member of the American Immigration Lawyer Association. Nicole has legal experience in the private sector as well as with the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. She has published articles and legal reviews on a wide range of topics ranging from terrorism to immigration reform.
